Double-click on any loan displayed in the main screen's loan grid to view a detailed summary of any of the 135 loans.

In one easy place, the Loan Summary window details the Amount Borrowed, the Payment Frequency, the Term, Annual Interest Rate, Payment (Principal and Interest), Payment (Principal, Interest, Taxes and Insurance), Total Principal Paid, Total Interest Paid, Total Principal and Interest Paid, Total Taxes Paid, Total Insurance Paid, Total Taxes and Insurance, and Total Paid Over the Term (PITI).

When you right-click on a loan displayed in the main screen's loan grid a popup menu appears from which you can choose "Amortization Schedule for this loan". This will display the loan's Amortization Schedule (seen to the right - click to enlarge).

Once you have opened the Amortization Schedule screen, you can easily add prepayments (also called "additional payments") to your amortization schedule and see how much more quickly you can pay off the loan.  Prepayments allow you to pay off a loan faster and save a great deal of money. You can add additional payment amounts to all of your payments, a range of payments or a single payment, or a combination of payments.
